Anodizing Plant

Zahit Aluminium anodizing plant manufactures matte, glossy, and coated anodized surfaces within Qualicoat standards in line with the customer demands with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons. Chemical analyses of the baths before surface treatment are periodically checked. At every stage of the surface treatment process, controlled production is made and the surface-treated profiles are tested for coating thickness, surface gloss, and corrosion.
