Molding Room

Zahit Aluminium provides technical support to its customers in design and product development, and the molds designed by our technical staff are manufactured with precision on CNC-controlled machines coordinated with high-tech CAD/CAM/CEA programs. In the quality control laboratory, controlled production is made with chemical and metallographic analysis of steel as well as dimensional measurements at the production phase. Manufactured molds are kept in areas with special ventilation conditions and then put into production. Zahit Aluminium manufactures an average of 1,500 molds per year.
