Zahit Aluminium extrusion press manufacturing plant manufactures profiles used in the construction, energy, automotive, defense industry, electrical-electronics, medical, furniture, and advertising sectors with an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons in 4-5-6-7-8” presses. At every stage of production, dimensional measurements and surface analysis are performed in line with the process recipe. In the post-production aging plant, T4-T5-T6-T64-T66 heat treatments are implemented in accordance with the customer request, and then the profiles are analyzed with hardness and tensile tests.
